I have just recently completed my Education and Training Level 3 Award with this company. Firstly the pricing was amazing and very affordable. My Tutor Clare was on hand every time I had a question and query and responded quickly and my querys were resolved instantly. I completed my Level 3 CAVA training with Britannia Education Group and was very happy with my experience. I initially contacted them with a few questions, and they were easy to reach, approachable and very helpful.
Enrolling on the course was straightforward, and I found the platform they use easy to access, navigate and use when submitting my work. I was particularly happy with the quality of the resources and study materials provided too, which were very helpful throughout the course.
Most importantly, they always delivered on their promises and provided feedback on my assignments within a few days. The tutor assigned to me, Clare, always answered all my queries very promptly and was always informative, helpful and very supportive.
Overall, it was a much better experience than I have had with other online training providers.

At the moment I’m doing the Level 4 Advice and Guidance course which I’m really loving. My tutors Emma and Sundas are always there for help and advice when needed and are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have high standards and give very extensive feedback which has helped me improve my work and gain a better understanding of the material of the course. The support I got has been great and I have been supported through my learning adventure. I would definitely suggest this to anyone desiring a profession in advise and guidance.

I had completed my level 5 DET under the mentorship and supervision of Mr. Arsalan and Mr.Jakub who were my assessor and tutor respectively.My course took a long time to complete due to my heavy work load and job responsibilities at my current place. But the teams were always understanding and so coordinated. Their valuable feedback made me gain the insights to develop my teaching strategies and pedagogy. Having completed many online courses, I can say this online course was deffinitely one of the better ones.
From start to finish the customer care and instruction were excellent.
Tazz took care of all my enquiries and responded within a day. Mr Omer was my academic support, he was able to direct me in order for me to become even more reflective within my answers to course questions.
My plan is to complete further courses with Britannia because they are good at what they do.
