This site is 100% Legit. After a fair bit of research I pulled the trigger and placed an order.
The watch arrived after 9 days so not the quickest delivery but the watch is so much better than what I thought. order also came with the green watch box so very impressed with the quality.
Also I had a few questions from their customer service team that were responded with in quick turn around so Id recommend this site and these watches as Ill be making another purchse

Never again. First watch I have bought nearly fell from my wrist onto the ground. Caught it while failing onto the street. Spring bar got loose.
Second watch the end link did not fall naturally down, got stuck. Bad customer service, bad business policy. No sense for customers. Avoid this cheap micro brand. Poor quality, just cheap

San Martin doesn't stand behind the watches their retail partners sell (watchdives). It's all about the Chinese model "scale of volume". Mass-produce products, don't honor the 2-year warranty, and take no responsibility for retail partners' actions. That is why San Martín will never rise to the ranks of other micro-watch companies. Henry Archer is soaring in popularity and is building a brand name, eclipsing San Martin.

The quality of watches are fantastic
The quality of watches are fantastic. The service from the manufacturer is terrible. My watch has been stuck in Orlando for over a week and not moving. I have called the distributor and the shipping neither will respond nor will they refund my money very disappointing too bad they did not have a distribution of their watches in the USA if they could fix this, they could give the Swiss a real hard time in my opinion, but as long as the service and shipping is so poor, they will never hit the high that they could.
First of all now if I could give a zero I would. I have emailed you no less than 10 times to ask for my money back. Obviously you can look my account up from my email. I’ve attached the replies to the order so you have the order number I still have not received the Watch or my money back. You will not get any more business from me. What a shame because you have a great product.

I ordered a watch that was already sold…
I ordered a watch that was already sold out, despite the fact that I managed to successfully order it anyway. When I first tried to contact them via chat on the website, they took almost a week to get back to me because “they were on vacation”- terrible communication overall. The watch took nearly two months to arrive, and it STILL is sold out on the website, so I have no idea whether they just sent me one that someone didn’t want. Overall not impressed.

Surprising quality for the price
Genuinely surprised at the quality of the watch I ordered. I expected a mediocre shiny bauble of a watch, but the SN0008 Tudor clone is so well made, I actually prefer to wear it instead of a mid-tier Citizen that cost me 5x as much.
Shipping was a bit of a fiasco, the package went from their California location to someplace in Seattle and bounced around there for a week, but I can't fault San Martin for that.

The two-month wait due to the lack of this particular San Martin GR5 Titanium SN0121TD model (I had been informed of this delay) is finally over. Do not buy if you are in the UK
I have purchsed multiple watches through San Martin. The first two were fine, but the tird was a complete nightmare. The bottom line is, if you are based in the UK do not take the risk of buy San Martin watches.
The watch was initially lost. Then they found it and there was a £50 duty on top because they had shipped it differently to the last two. Additionally, the watch is being held 20 miles away, where I have to go and get it.
I have been talking to San Martin reps through the website for a week. They are not helpful. You will speak to multiple people and each person will say something different.
Finally, they said that they will provide a £20 partial refund due to the inconvenience and the fact I have to travel so far. I do not drive, The next day they changed their mind about the partial refund.
I cannot imagine what would happen if your watch developes a fault. Do yourself a favour and play it safe with your money. Do not spend hundreds of pounds on San Martin watches when the risk is so high.
Update - I will email San Martin as requested below, but I have no confidence they offer a solution.
