Installer by arrived at the agreed up time and spent a considerable time preparing the windows to make sure they were spotless. This was an exterior install and took approximately 5 hours to complete. Throughout the day they communicated with us the steps and inspected from the inside to make sure it was perfect. At one point they removed a film and replaced it to “meet their standards”.
Great service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for window film for heat reduction. We have notice a significant change in our living room.

I was very impressed with how responsive they were. I dealt with one of the principals, Mark, and he carefully explained the products and services they offered. The price was very reasonable and he even gave me an additional break when I requested the inclusion of another unit/window.

I had a great experience with Mark and the Safeside team. Mark came in for the initial assessment and provided me with some excellent recommendations for home fortification. It was evident he knew his stuff, and he was never pressuring me to go in any specific direction. I verified that they are an authorized Madico dealer/installer. Madico is a highly regarded security film manufacturer.

The install went great. The team that came worked hard and diligently for two long days. Very friendly, respectful of my home, and open to answering my questions as the work progressed. They left the home as clean as when they came. Mark was also available during the install to answer questions, and they accommodated some changes I requested to the work order without any issues.

Mark came back a few days later to do a final inspection and answer remaining questions. Overall a great experience, and I feel like this was money well spent to secure and fortify my home. To top it all off, they are reasonably priced, with a great warranty!
