Very bad customer service and quality. To avid at all cost

Very bad customer service and quality. They charged 2 times higher for the urgent printing and delivery. When the delivery was late, they refused to pay me back extra payment because I have to refuse the parcel. Also they have charged for 2 separate orders twice for urgency, but deliverted it in one delivery. Not only they cheated (charging 2ce for the same thing) but also they didn't return money for bad service.
