I made an online purchase through Soleseason for a Lifetime Aurora Manta fishing kayak for $282.63. The price seemed to good to be true, so I looked up Soleseason on Google to see it had solid reviews and went ahead and made the purchase and quickly got a purchase confirmation and order#.
After not receiving any more communication for nearly a week, I contacted support. They informed me that it could take 8 to 10 working days to possibly get a confirmation, which I thought was odd, but appreciated their quick response. As the 10th day approached, and having still received no communication whatsoever, I contacted support once again, letting them know that this was seeming to be more and more like a scam, and that I would be contacting my bank and the Better Business Bureau if things were not resolved. They assured me that they would be looking into it to either have my kayak delivered, or cancel the process and refund my money. Well…the deadline date has come and gone. I contacted my bank and filed a scam complaint/dispute. I was supposed to do the same with the Better Business Bureau today, but got busy with errands & appointments, so I’ll have to follow up tomorrow.
I don’t know if things have changed, or what’s happened to me is an anomaly based on all the positive reviews I’ve seen, but it’s happened nonetheless so I need to try and get my money back, but also wanted to inform potential customers. I still see the kayak and other recreational watercraft still listed hundreds of dollars below the competition, which is enticing, so please consider this feedback if you feel the deal is too good to be true…as it has in my experience.

I recommend the seller. Shipping went 2 days after payment. Package from Australia to the Netherlands 8 working days. I will definitely come back;)

No tissue in the shoes to hold its shape so came flat as a pancake. But overall the products ive received have been 10/10 quality and shipping time was reasonable considering they coming from aus. Box came mint as well which is rare so cant complain.
