Orders on standard shipping to Australia can take up to 15 business days to arrive, as stated in our FAQs, usually, it's about a week, but due to the ongoing overload, all carriers are experiencing delays, so most of our customers are receiving their orders later than usual.
We understand the waiting process is sometimes frustrating, but unfortunately, shipping companies don't always keep their timings, which is out of our control.
We also offer other shipping services in our checkout, so when in a deadline, we recommend upgrading to UPS to ensure a timely arrival.

Fun and Quality too!
I have ordered socks from Sockaffairs on more than one occasion. I seek out fun holiday gifts and also treat myself. They have such a vast selection, and I found socks from the PetrolHead collection that matches my love of my FIAT.
Good quality - Sizes - Everything from Art to Classic music groups and a whole lot of fun in between. Good website and shipping is timely.

Socks with complex patterns like ours are more delicate due to the designs and color variations, which can affect durability. We prefer this method overprinting, as we feel printing would compromise quality.
We’ll investigate whether it’s due to a cotton batch issue or a machine problem. May I kindly ask you please send us a picture of the socks you received? This will help us resolve the issue.
We suggest trying a replacement pair to see if the quality improves. If you're not satisfied, we can offer a refund, or if you prefer, we’ll refund the faulty pairs.
