As fourth-generation jewellers, we established our Southend location in 2009 and take great pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Our extensive selection includes both new and pre-owned gold, diamond, and silver jewellery. Additionally, our pawnbroking services for asset loans are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We also offer part exchange and jewellery repair services. You can visit our branch anytime as we are open 6 days a week 9:00am - 17:30pm, we are also open every Sunday throughout December.

Excellent item and service. Rachel was extremely helpful and communications were fast and accurate. Everything happened as described. Then item was ordered one day and arrived 2 days later as promised. The quality was excellent and exactly as described, both the wording and photographs. The earrings are extremely good value and looking at their website, everything looks competitively priced. Would not hesitate buying from them again and definitely recommend them.
