Incomplete Scheduled car service

Appointments are scheduled. I never leave my car but wait quietly until they are done and pay them. They are computerized and we sign ito the service department using a computer.. If you know what my car eeds, why not ask me for extras "WHILE I AM THERE?" It irritates me to go home and within days I start getting emails saying I need to return for something else. As I see it, 30 minutes extra is nothing compared to being asked to disrupt my day to return to do something you could have done while I was there the first time.
