Happy member

I renewed now for the 4th time and I'll keep doing this as long as this keeps working well like it does now. I've nothing to complain, lots of choices, everything works well in great quality. Every one at my home is happy with this. Also the support answers fast and had an solution for me. Only needed help once and I tink it even was a mistake on my behalf. So kudos for SmooTV!!!

I recommend it 100%

I recommend it 100%. The links work perfectly, and the automatic renewal of user subscriptions when you send them a request is really convenient. They respond very quickly to messages. I've been using it for several years and have never had any issues.

Twice he accused me of something I…

Twice he accused me of something I haven't done, on the first time it took ages for him to see I was innocent the second time he said he would refund me, I provided my PayPal and he blocked me.

Awful service would never recommend him again and told my friends not to renew

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Your account was linked to repeated abuse and DMCA reports, even after previous warnings and changing your username twice to rule out any mistake. As the issue continued, we had to cancel your subscription under our terms of use to protect our customers and service. The block was applied together with a refund, so your access was not removed without reimbursement!

Your case was exceptional, as we have never experienced this issue with another customer. The app you were using may have leaked your login details, but we cannot confirm this.

Goede service en snelle cusotmer service. Ik was errst wat sceptisch iver de hele what's app procedure set up, maar damn zijn ze snel en erg aardig. Ik raad ze zeker aan!

Great service and quick customer service. I was a bit skeptical at first with the what's app set up, but damn they are nice and fast. Would recommend 👌

Perfect IPTV service
