This company is deceitful. I ordered my retainers in May. I was initially told fabrication would begin in 10 days from receiving the impressions. This did not happen. I had to reach out for an update and was told they are behind. Then told I had to approve even though I received no notification of this action. I responded approve as instructed. I received no confirmation. I reached out the following week. Their email states they respond in 24 hours. I didn't hear back in a week. At this point my teeth have shifted so I advised that since my order sat in pending status until YESTERDAY I requested a refund. I received a response stating that I could not receive a refund because the fabrication begun in spite of it sitting in pending and would take 15 business days. I advised that this would not work and reminded them that they said they were behind and didn't respond in 24 hours to work it out as their policy states. They doubled down. I then reached out to the BBB. They responded stating I never approved my order therefore they were never fabricated. At the same time they emailed me separately stating that I did approve and that they will refund me only if I close my BBB complaint. Due to their deceit and double stories in spite of their own emails and portal, I told them I would not do so unless I had confirmation of my refund first since they were stating two different stories. I advised BBB of their separate communicate and my desire for a refund while still keeping the complaint until I receive confirmation. Smileie turned around and SOMEHOW not only fabricated but shipped my order to spite me for keeping my BBB complaint knowing that I already requested a refund directly to them and through the BBB for retainers I can no longer wear.There are plenty of retainer manufacturers. Go with one that doesn't have fake reviews, lies and does not have good customer service.

My online zoom meeting was so helpful when it came to making the molds. My dentist/instructor explain the directions in a way I was not able to get the mild myself.

They did a good job

A great start! Smileie sent me the standard impression kit, but the molds were too big. They kept on sending 3 more sizes until one fit. On a Zoom call, Dr. Arooj walked me through the impression process. Her explainations were thorough and directions were easy to follow. I look forward to the same level and quality of service as my treatment continues.

I used Smileie in 2023 for a full set and I was happy with the results. Fast forward to 2026 my last retainer broke and I reach out to The company to order another one. They recommended to the treatment again and I did. My first set I got in April was completely wrong. My front teeth would not fit and the back was completely outside of the aligners. I sent pictures and they sent me a new set in July. I was really super careful on my impressions this time. Well the new set fall off my teeth I tried all of them but they were made for giant teeth I guess. Also the quality of the aligners now is cheap in comparison to 2023. My teeth are now moving fast and I’ll have to go find a dentist. I can’t go this back and forth and never get treatment . I’m so disappoint which is sad since I really liked the company before.

Dr. Jay did a great job guiding me through my impressions- unfortunately I had ordered extra trays off Amazon and they weren’t the best and I’ll probably need to redo the impressions.

I’m genuinely so happy! I finished my treatment and my teeth are so straight. An insecurity I’ve had for so long is finally gone. The process was so easy and the customer service was great. Honestly 10/10.

They worked with my time. He made sure I understood the correct way to make the trays for my new smile. Dr. J. Was very knowledgeable with patience.

The support team was very responsive, professional, and personalized throughout the process. They answered my questions promptly and made everything easy to understand. I really appreciated their assistance and attention.

Do not use this company. Worst experience ever.
Terrible communication, worst 3D modeling (it shows that my teeth alignment ends up DIAGONAL, and they didn't care at all), doesn't reflect my requests or answer my questions. AFTER ALL that, I requested a refund and they emailed saying it was fully approved.
HOWEVER, my money hasn't come back for two months. My refund is NOT refunded.

Update:
After messaging customer chat so many times, I finally got a refund. They said it was a technical issue, but how does it take TWO MONTHS to get the money back, and why didn't they inform me of that?
After posting this review, my Smileie Advisor reached out to me (ironically, that was the fastest reaction I've gotten from him).
He emailed me: "We have already processed your refund, and at no point did we ignore your emails or refuse to process your refund."
Ahhh, excuse me???????
He DID ignore my emails several times — that's why I needed to contact customer support to get him to reply. Also, my money would not have come back if I hadn't made so many attempts. I messaged customer chat literally hundreds of times to get my money back. (It was past due on my credit card, so I was reaching out to both my credit card company's customer support and Smileie.)
He also wrote: "We work very hard to provide the best possible service, and negative reviews have a significant impact on our business. We kindly and respectfully request that you consider removing or updating your review, as your refund has already been processed."
And then, literally TEN minutes later, he sent me ANOTHER email asking me to remove or update my review here, with a couple of praying emoji.

Getting my own money back is not a favor, it's the bare minimum they owed me.

I listened to his request, and here I've updated the review!! Honestly, the WORST experience of my life.
