I chose Numeral as our tax service provider for their easy to use platform and friendly and helpful customer service that wasn't too sales-y. Recently, they have been harder and harder to get ahold of, and inquiries and problems are just dropped. For example, I asked to stop filing in one state, they said they cancelled it, and then it was never cancelled and keeps filing. We were trying to set up EU taxes with them, but it's been over a month of trying to onboard and being left dry, even though we already signed the contract with them. The software also seems glitchier and more incomplete. Very frustrating confusing!

Numeral made the entire sales tax process incredibly easy and stress-free. From the initial registration to ongoing support, everything was smooth and well organized. The team was always quick to answer my questions and walked me through each step, which made the process much less intimidating. Their portal is also very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Overall, it's been a great experience, and I highly recommend Numeral to any business looking for a simple sales tax solution.

We've been very happy with Numeral. There were a couple of issues that took awhile to resolve, but recently, they've been much quicker.

I had to cancel before they even filed once, there state tax for the state of Florida was double what QB said, I tried for three days to talk to someone via the portal, no ph# provided. No one called back to this day. They were showing tax on deposit invoices that were pass through to the next Invoice to collect the State tax.

We have been with Numeral for the better part of a year now and could not be happier! Excellent customer service, excellent service. Taxes are such a drag, it's so refreshing to not have to think about these.

After three months on Numeral, I am pleased with the process and value that I've received. Considering the complexity and wildly different processes for filing sales tax returns in many states, the Numeral interface and workflow is very streamlined. The value for what I pay is very high. The only thing that would be better is the support system could be better. It is often unclear whether Numeral has solved the problem and closed the ticket. More than once, I've had to follow-up on support tickets that are not resolved from my perspective.
