I’ve bought several rackets now from ninepadel. Communication is great, quick delivery, I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy a padel racket. The guys are also very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to choosing a racket.

Messaged nine padel via a WhatsApp link on their website, although it was out of hours they still replied and gave me all the information i wanted and more.

Will 100% be using again.

I found getting a racket a bit of a pain long deliveries etc. tbf I actually ordered another racket from a different company and was waiting weeks only to cancel my order. I then came across Ninepadel and the service was unreal the prices are very good especially for a UK retailer they even have a tool on the website that helped recommend a racket for me. It came the next day and the racket is absolutely brilliant. Personalised message and a little keyring was also very nice touches. Very clear communication throughout and responded to a query u had in a matter of minutes, this is customer service how it should be. Very rare to find in this day and age, well done guys you've made a customer for life!
