We had a very positive experience working with our real estate agent. She was always professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Thanks to her great suggestions and market understanding, our house was sold quickly and under good conditions.
She was also very responsive and always got back to us promptly, which made the process feel smooth and well-managed.
The only area for improvement would be a bit more support when setting up and reviewing the contract, where we would have appreciated some additional guidance.
Overall, we are very satisfied and would definitely recommend her services.

Beware - You sign, you pay
Neho, unlike traditional estate agents with Brokerage contracts governed by Swiss articles 412 to 418, operates on a Service agreement that mandates commission payment regardless of the property’s seller. Should you find a buyer independently or engage with another broker, Neho’s commission remains payable in full, valid for up to one year after the property’s withdrawal from the market.
In contrast to traditional brokers, Neho requires upfront payment for photos and videos. While they have successfully promoted their services on their website with a well-crafted marketing dossier, their promises have been unfounded. Neho asserted that our property, an exceptional one not seen for an extended period, was sought after by numerous financially qualified buyers within our price range and location. However, despite their assurances, several months later, despite numerous website visits, no potential buyers were invited to view the property.
Regrettably, Neho failed to deliver on its promises. Their sales model, in my opinion, is unsuitable for sophisticated properties where clients anticipate personalised service rather than a website-driven interaction.

An efficient and comprehensive selling platform. The agent dealing with us (Sarah) was efficient, very helpful, offered good advice where necessary and pitched the evaluation of our house accurately.

I can't recommend enough the support provided by Lukas Speck during the sale of our apartment. The transaction was not as straight forward as initially expected, but he was always able to manage the process very well. He helped us staying calm despite of the continuous delays from the buying side.
You can tell from the first contact that Lukas is very experienced and he can see the potential in your property. His advice for the price range was spot on and the organisation of viewings worked perfectly as well.
