I’ve never come across anything worse than IDnow; the developers must have used AI to write the code. After more than ten attempts and a "Verification not complete" message, you switch to the app and see that it was supposedly successful—but in reality, it wasn't.

Unspecified error during verification, no support - horrible app
I've tried to verify myself and got an error, which completely stuck my account and made it impossible to get through / retry. No details reg. the error, no chance to try again, no way to contact the support (I sent them a message via the app - no response). There is no phone support whatsoever. You are rambling that you have 16 MILLION USERS and at the same time you cannot answer messages and have no support? Is that a joke? Avoid like hell.
