The process to sign up was relatively easy, fast shipping of the tirzepatide and the shot included B-12 which helps with your energy level. I was able to get a 6 month supply for $190 per month using Affirm. The app is easy to use. They even have Instagram lives where you can ask questions.

When I have a question they are available to answer. Communication has been very good. They have not changed prices on me and I am losing weight. Responsiveness to communication concerns
I am updating my review. I had a very good discussion with Jean Claude and a call from Rod in customer service.
I believe there was an issue with the automated call system and my later messages with the care team were responded to quickly.
PRIOR REVIEW
I have called numerous times to get some questions answered before i sign up. I either get disconnected after waiting in queue and have never had a call back.
Makes me concerned if I can't get information now how will I be treated if I subscribe.??
