I sought the assistance of NBDUK when I was struggling to find a lender for re-mortgaging for my property. I was offered prompt support and advice. I was impressed with the fact that effort was made to understand my situation and this has made me feel like a valued customer. it’s a great tool, wish it had been around when i first bought my flat! Instead, i had paid a professional £300 to compile a snag report. With this, i would’ve been able to do much of the work myself and saved a nice bit of money, lots of time and inconvenience.
The tool helps you create a report and a checklist of all the snagging issues found in your home and then creates a PDF of the snags so you can pass on to the developers. They even have the developers address so you can post it off to them. Helpfully you can also tick things off once they are fixed, so not only does it help with compiling the initial report but helps you keep track of the status of repairs too.
i’ve already recommended it to two friends.
