Easy to work with and great product.
I purchased a map upgrade for my MB S560. Upon ordering, I received the instructions, file, and pin within 18 hours - granted there is a 6 hour time difference as I am in the USA. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The online videos were great too. I would recommend and use these folks again.

At first the SD-card didn’t work. I contacted the helpdesk and they helped me with tips. Eventually they sent me a new one. This one works perfect. Excellent service!

Got a used 2019 Toyota Corolla…
Got a used 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback with a factory firmware. Came across with Navi-World while looking for some answers if my head unit is upgradeable to a carplay/android auto setup. there you go, they gave me a firmware upgrade suitable to my car. it took me around 40 minutes to completely finished the upgrade. instructions were clear and simple. and wow i am impressed i got carplay/android auto. firmware works perfectly. navi-world help me save a lot from spending hundreds of euro for a head unit replacement. good job navi-world. highly recommended.

Prompt delivery and the map SD card worked straight away in the car. Definitely recommended if you need an SD card for your Audi, just be sure to select the right year before ordering or contact Navi World to confirm the right map for your car.

Excellent support! Updated two Toyota (Auris 2015 and then Yaris 2012) with optimal performance. It's a pity Toyota has stopped updating the maps for those two cars (Auris 2025H2, Yaris 2024H2) that are the latest I got and available. Obviously one could simply use a phone with Google Maps but that means one has to carry a mobile all the time. Keep going...

I ordered a navigation update for a VW…
I ordered a navigation update for a VW Polo GT. The item was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, the SD card was damaged in transit, and the update couldn't be performed.
I contacted the supplier via WhatsApp and received a very quick response and a new SD card. Everything worked perfectly after that. Presumably, the first card was damaged during shipping, which isn't the supplier's fault.
I would like to sincerely thank them and can highly recommend the shop/company. That's how it should be. Many thanks and best regards from Switzerland. Markus
