They have delivered 4 packade of 8 in 3 orders,1st and 2nd order 1/2 of delivery was missing/each, 3rd order all was missing. Mailed alot to customers service but they don´t know what happens?? and shall investigate.
Mailed back and fourth for over 3-4mounths now.
So goin to Paypal to try for refund.
Norrlog crashed my parcel. 1) they did not contact me after lost/crashing my material. I forget parcel and after one month required to them to clear the parcel.
2) Norrlog refused to pay crashed parcel. Norrlog knows I cannot dispute from Finland
3) Norrlog brought no evidence/report "unbrokable material" was broken
Scam company I was lucky to pay by PayPal but if you paid by credit card, you will never see your money. And zero response from them. PayPal helped to get money back.
