Disaster
I ordered the Nova Motors Retro Star EFI on July 7, 2026. At the time of ordering, I was told that delivery would take approximately two to three weeks. After contacting them several times, I was repeatedly told that my order would soon be scheduled and assigned a delivery date.
On July 27, I finally received a message saying that, due to an internal processing error, my order had not been scheduled at all. The earliest possible delivery date is now September 15. This means I will lose practically the entire summer, even though I ordered early and repeatedly asked for updates.
Their telephone service is equally terrible. I tried calling them many times, but nobody answered except on one occasion. When someone finally picked up, the lady was extremely rude and not helpful at all.
The problem is still ongoing, and the entire experience has been a complete disaster. I genuinely do not understand how this company is running.
Very poor organization, almost impossible to reach, and extremely disappointing customer service. I would give 0 stars if that were possible.
