I ordered it on the Monday and got it by the Wednesday, so for delivery (10/10). I also purchased the Mystery plus box which came to be amazing and worth the value entirely. The selection of tops I was given were brilliant and it is also amazing how they give you atleast 1 well known team/nation. Will definitely be purchasing again. Very happy with my purchase 👌🏽

I got an England ‘retro’ shirt box it said the shirt was from the years 1999-2015 I got a 2016/2017 away shirt. Also it’s not even retro.

I had a small issue with the order and contacted customer service. Abi could not have been more helpful. The issue was sorted out immediately and I feel she went above and beyond to help me get the order in time for my son's birthday. Great to see exceptional customer service in a time where most companies can't be bothered. Highly recommend. Thank you Abi.

Fantastic concept! I’ve had a few of these now, my boys love the surprise of it. Customer service is gold star and delivery is super quick!

Honestly one of the worst mystery shirt retailers available. Simple, use someone else.

Asked for a exchange to a smaller size for my son, time sensitive as we go on holiday this Saturday, they agreed but insisted on us posting it back - they are literally a 11 minute (4.8 miles) drive away from my works - apparently they can’t offer customer face to face exchanges due to ‘insurance purposes’ checked with my insurance broker - this isn’t a thing. Uses Royal Mail, well we all know they’re reliable?! Useless.

Wasn’t asking for a refund, was offering to take the shirt to them so they can check it’s not been worn or any issues with it to swap for the same shirt in a smaller size. The shirts are replica, score card ones which sports direct are selling. Got a crap lamp also and a port vale programme - just shocking

I wrote to enquire about a bulk order for 8 football shirts. Within 24 hours I had a reply only due to it being a Sunday when I emailed. After that I had replied within an hour which helped a lot. Abi from Mystery Boxd was very helpful, explained things really carefully and genuinely seemed like she was trying to make my experience with them better. Overall I was able to save money from buying in bulk and I would genuinely recommend this company very highly!

I took a chance with Mystery Boxd as I've used other companies before. They did not disappoint. Took my specs into account and ended up with a blinding box for my 12 year old son. Will be using again for sure.

I bought an unspecified mystery box. It contained men’s leisure and sports shirts. Absolutely of no use to me a 79 yr old woman. I have no family or male friends. This means I will be donating the lot to a charity shop.
I expected to find some duds but who on earth thinks this is a suitable box

My grandson absolutely loves his football shirts. I will definitely be buying from this Company again, as the shirts were all very good quality & the customer service was good.

I have ordered several times from Mystery BOXD for my grandsons who are all huge football fans. It's always a lovely surprise to find out what they're going to get in their 'mystery box' and they've never been disappointed with the selections sent. All of the items are great quality. Matty and the team reply quickly and politely to any queries or small requests made via email. It really is a breath of fresh air to deal with a firm who actually seem to care about keeping their customers happy, which seems to be a rare thing these days! Can't praise them highly enough.

I needed to return a shirt, they responded immediately to my email (at a weekend) and dispatched a new shirt as soon as I sent proof of my return.

SCAM WEBSITE : This is a scam website run with AI based software don’t ever order here . I made a payment and never received any package nor any refunds. AI bot support email gets generated from at and keeps asking for repeated questions.
I would be taking this legally.

Still waiting for refund from Christmas order sent back. Poor communication and now ignoring my emails. I am not sure what to do next if I am honest.
