I've getting a prescription from this company for a while. Recently, my order was shipped to the wrong address. Customer service corrected this right away and I got my order back on track. No fuss, no questions, jusst solid customer service.

myRocky is just a great experience. I was leaving for vacation and was worried that delivery would not happen on time and customer service team at myRocky came to the rescue again. Every time I need their help they is someone to help with little to no wait. They may be a few dollars more, but there user Interface and human help is second to none.

The process was really easy

Customer service and medical advise is not great. That’s why want to cancel my suscription permanently. However i cannot do it myself in the portal. And so far, throughout a live agent I’ve been waiting 20 minutes.

So far so good. I haven’t vaped since June 17. I’m still craving but it’s getting to be a little less every day.
