Terrible customer service/ Do not order their blood test

Terrible customer service, they will just ghost you. DO NOT ORDER THEIR BLOOD TEST. It is not possible to get enough blood out of your fingers needed for the test. You have to prick each one of your fingers to get some blood and it's not nearly enough even when we followed their instructions of exercising, drinking water, showering.. etc. I wrote them and showed pictures of just how difficult it was to draw blood both for me and my partner. And they basically told me that it must've been a "me" problem. But after looking at other reviews i don't think it is. They shouldn't be selling that test if people have so many problems with it.

My experience was great with remi from start to finish. The customer service is top tier I didn’t have any issues reaching out to someone and I even had help from a doctor to get my impression right for free.

Not the best experience

Not the best experience. Not clearly explained and indicated products. I ordered the product because it was the only one with English language website but the leaflets were in German. Not recommended.
