After a disappointing bouquet and customer service experience I received a very sincere and apologetic email from Paul today.
He fully understood my disappointment, offered to refund 50% of the cost and a further 30% off any future order.
Thank you Paul for acknowledging my concerns and restoring my faith.
Absolutely lovely service! The flowers were beautiful, fresh, and looked even better than I expected. They were delivered incredibly quickly and arrived in perfect condition. The whole process was easy and stress-free, and I was really impressed with the quality and speed of the delivery. Would definitely recommend and use this service again! 🌸💐
A frankly disgraceful company who should have no place in serving customers. They have no regard to customer needs. I was gifted flowers which were dead upon receipt. When I complained, I was sent a gift voucher which was difficult to use on items I really wanted. When I did place a order (having to add extra cash on top of the voucher), I received completely different items, allegedly to the same value but without any prior notification or apology. I complained and was told this was normal policy. Clearly a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I asked for a cash refund. Again I was offered a voucher against a future order. They refuse to give me back the extra money I spent with them for goods which I didn't order or want. There seems to be no ownership of the problem and I'm constantly fobbed off. Probably the worst ever shopping experience of my life. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards, unless this review prompts the repeatedly requested cash refund.
This is the 2nd time I have used this company. 1st time excellent not a problem. This time round, they took my order for a Sunday delivery for a Birthday, the order wasn't delivered until the following day, granted I got my £15 delivery back and thats great, thank you, they've also offered me £10 off my next order for the inconvenience as its now after the Birthday, however. The flowers I paid for and was expecting clearly isn't what was delivered! I order the medium flowers and clearly states same as photo, and when you put them side by side to compare its clearly not the same. Disappointed AF
Flowers was supposed to be delivered today and received nothing!!! Still waiting….
I ordered 30roses for my wife for our 24 anniversary delivery should be next day and it was but left in wrong address, after my complain they said can’t refund any money because order was sent. But I didn’t get those roses and have to buy somewhere else asap because in that day my wife should get those flowers. BTW they sent flowers by Royal Mail which we all know how they working, anyway not recommend this company. Customer service is useless.
Ordered flowers for my partner quite late Saturday afternoon and they arrived next day well packaged and look lovely!
Very disappointed with my experience with My Flowers. I spent £90 on flowers, but they had already started dying the very next day. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and freshness.
I also tried contacting customer support, but unfortunately received no response, which made the experience even more frustrating.
Sadly, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I expected much better for £90.
So delighted with My Flowers! I ordered the 'Charm' peony spray roses (or 'Misty Bubbles') 'Medium with free vase and card. The flowers arrived as expected, a day after I placed the order (or actually, a few hours after I placed the order in the late evening). The shape and colour are so beautiful. The recipient was so excited to receive them and commented on them being "top quality". I am so very pleased as the recipient had recently left hospital and this was the first opportunity to share.
I should add that the Online / Whatsapp service has been fantastic and incredibly prompt (with human - not AI - interraction).
I now intend to send more bouquets this week from My Flowers (especially with the Jewish New Year fast approaching.) Thank you.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife and our anniversary and paid £50 in total. £35 for the flowers, £5 for the card and the rest for delivery. I chose the 9am to 12pm Sunday delivery slot.
I was then told the flowers would be delayed because there was a marathon affecting the traffic. While that was frustrating, I was willing to accept it if the flowers themselves had been good. Unfortunately, they didn’t arrive until 6pm.
When they finally arrived, I was honestly shocked at how bad they were. They looked absolutely nothing like the pictures on the website. The bouquet was tiny and looked like something you could pick up in a supermarket for less than £5. There were also flowers missing that were clearly shown in the picture of the bouquet I had ordered.
The card was wrong too. It wasn’t the card I had ordered and the message inside was really blurry, almost like the printer was running out of ink.
I contacted customer service and explained everything, but they told me there was apparently nothing wrong with the flowers. They then offered me a £10 voucher as a “gesture of goodwill”.
I paid £50 for flowers that arrived six hours late, looked nothing like what I ordered and came with the wrong card. This was supposed to be something special for our anniversary, which made the whole experience even more disappointing.
I honestly wouldn’t recommend this service. The quality was awful, the service was poor and it was massively overpriced for what I received. Save your money and go somewhere else.
I am happy with your service. I got my order in the next day after my order. But i received it at 5pm. Think that I could get it in the morning because I did the order soon.
Someone was online too to take some remarks before delivery and that is very helpful.
Highly recommended! Fast delivery and beautiful flowers!
This is a scam, the flowers arrived mouldy and dried, nothing like on the picture!! My brother wrote a lovely message and paid for a birthday card and they just sent a blank card!! Didn’t even know who it was from! Nothing on it! Also the vase was missing. Flowers small not even a half of what they should be. Disgusting a total scam
Ordered flowers on a Saturday as forgot my sisters birthday and needed delivered on Sunday.lovely flowers extra items like cards chocolates and gifts extra cost but your choice if you want to purchase but the flowers where delivered day after really pleased with service thankyou
Ordered flowers for a friend, paid £15 extra for delivery to ensure arrived today between 9 and 12. Flowers have not arrived. No confirmation email. Nobody can answer me or provide an update despite me contacting the chat function, messaging on whatsapp and emailing. Absolutelt appauling! Over £50 order!
Total failure of service!
I placed an order yesterday, delivery was stated to be the same day, between 6-9. The order was for my mother's birthday and it did not turn up. It is now 4.23 the next day and they still have not turned up. I have sent 3 separate emails to the company, to the email address listed in my order information, regarding this today, all of which have been ignored. I also tried to send to the email listed on this page, and it is not operating, my messages are returned. Absolutely shocking. I am now about to pursue the matter via PayPal
I order some flowers on a same day delivery. They sent me an email to say that they can’t deliver the same day as they were have some trouble with delivery which was fine. I then asked for a full refund and they told me this would be done and I would receive the refund within 6-7 days it has been 28 days and still no response. I have what’s app then emailed them no reply. Avoid this company at all cost. I’m now down by £55 pound for flowers that I never received.
Lovely flowers, but check the subscription terms before you order
Two stars, and I want to be fair about why. The bouquet itself was genuinely lovely and arrived on time, so if flowers are all you want, the product is good. Everything after that was poor.
My order was itemised as including a free vase. It didn't arrive, and nobody told me - I only found out because I asked. When I raised it, I was told a local florist partner may substitute non-essential items, and I was offered a £15 voucher usable only on a future order with them.
I then asked to cancel the subscription that came with the 30% discount. This is where it became difficult. I was told the subscription could only be cancelled if I repaid the discount, and was sent a payment link with no amount on it. Over the following days I was given several different versions of the rule: that repayment was required before cancellation; then that I could either receive the first subscription bouquet or repay; then a figure of £26.37 that I couldn't reconcile with what I'd been charged.
I asked six times for the terms I had supposedly agreed to, the checkout page as it was shown to me, and a record of my acceptance. I never received any of them. What I eventually got was links to the live public website.
Anyone can check that website. Their own published terms say a subscription may be cancelled at any time and that cancellation takes effect immediately on confirmation, and that customers can cancel without additional fees. The discount clause says they reserve the right to charge a price difference - a right they reserve, not a condition of being allowed to leave. Their separate 50% and 70% offer does contain an express bar on cancelling early. The 30% one doesn't.
Once I set that out, the subscription was cancelled without charge, described as an exception for me. It shouldn't have taken a week and it shouldn't require a customer to read the contract more carefully than the company does.
Two other things. The WhatsApp contact number listed for support didn't work for me. And their site-wide promise that you'll love the bouquet "or it's FREE" turns out, in the small print, to mean a replacement or a credit to your MyFlowers account for future purchases - not your money back.
My advice if you're ordering: read the subscription section of their terms before you tick anything at checkout, screenshot the checkout page, and don't assume a discount is just a discount. The flowers are good. The terms and the service around them are not.
Do not purchase through these guys, unfortunately i did not do my research. so many reviews stating it is impossible to cancel subscriptions, no option to cancel online, no contact number or email only option is Whatsapp and they're ghosts
