Ordered a box set of books, the packaging was great, lots of proctetive wrapper, and the product arrived in perfect condition, one day before the estimated arrival, even though it took a few days for them to sent it, since I ordered through Amazon.

It shows they have a book set in stock. I ordered on July 12th, fully paid and its still not shipped today July 24th. Their website says shipped same working day or next day, its bullshit. If you want your order to be late for a birthday, definitely use this wonderful service. Support also is not answering their phone, email or whatsapp.

they never sent me my order and customer service has been ignoring my messages and emails for a week now, i'll probably have to report the incident to my bank to hopefully get a refund.

I don't usually leave reviews, but they say that for every person that leaves a negative review, only one in twenty will leave a positive one. So.. I'm here to balance things up a little! I was super nervous because of the negative reviews when I ordered the Akira 35th Anniversary box set, but I make a lot of bad decisions, so I ignored my gut and made my iDeal hurt. Initially, they told me that it would take around a week for delivery, so I was utterly amazed when it arrived at my door less than 24 hours later. The outer box was damaged, but there was an inner box. That was a little damaged.. but there was a box inside that, plus protective packaging. The product was in pristine condition, and I am so very happy with it... and the seller!

Ordered 4 books, order was delayed because 1 was still in transit. Contacted them to ship the 3 ahead of time because i needed the books as gift. Got a refund for the last one

4/5. Would order again. Cant hold them up for transit screwing up.

Prompt to answer questions, and I had a few seeing their not-so-stellar rating.
Shipping was instant, they actually sent the package in less than one hour after my order, despite it being past their closing hours. Overall, very quick delivery across Europe.
Finally, packaging was very attentive, it had both bubble wrap and cardboard/paper linings.
The only weird thing was that I had to pay ~1euro more than what the cart showed, which threw me off, but i went through with the payment anyway. This also reminds me they have great prices, at least for the stuff I wanted.
Will certainly buy again from them. Also, bought directly from their website, not through Amazon.

Was hesitant to place an order due to the very negative reviews here but took the risk since the seller's reviews on Amazon were much better. And I am very pleased with the outcome. Ordered a boxed collector's set of books that I had been eyeing on Amazon for ages but never ordered because books delivered by them arrive damaged more often than not. Placed my order with MyBoeken at 11pm, received a shipment notice the next morning at 8:14am, and the books got here (to Germany) 2 days later. They were very carefully packed and thus in perfect condition, so I am very happy with my order.

I ordered a book which was indicated as "In stock" but i did not get an update on it for 10 days. When I asked the customer service they told me that the item is not in stock and will maybe in stock in 4-6 weeks. But on their site the item is still inidicated as in stock and they even sell it for 2x more the price I ordered it for. What a scam.

They are scam people with available books, which are doesn't even exist at them and after this they're lazy to answer and pay back the money. We had to contact them at least 5 times to get back few euros after got scammed by few One Piece mangas which were supposed to be birthday gift to a friend. Disgusting company.

I ordered a book for my girlfriends birthday. If it arrived within the time promised, it would've been within time on her birthday. It wasn't. No communication either, I had no clue when it would arrive or if at all. After calling I heard that there would be an extra delay of a week. The man on the phone was nice enough but the communication should be better to assure the customer of their purchase. Wouldn't recommend.
