I have bought a MyAdnLab test, I received a 24Genetics test, I have asked for a report from MyAdnLab, no response from you, and I received a 24Genetcis report : I already have done with 24Genetics, So your resending and test was useless ! Do you do really MyAdnlab tests and reports, or do you resell 24Genetics? (In this case, better to inform the customer, instead of making false advertisment)

We would like to clarify the situation.
When you contacted us on April 18 by e-mail after receiving the kits, we replied and explained to you on April 20, before you sent any samples, that MyADNLab collaborates with 24Genetics for this type of ancestry testing and that the 24Genetics kits you had received were the correct kits corresponding to the service you had purchased through MyADNLab.
After receiving this explanation, you proceeded to send the samples to us, and the analysis was carried out accordingly.
We understand that you subsequently had a different expectation regarding the report you would receive, and we regret any misunderstanding in this regard. However, the collaboration with 24Genetics and the reason for the kits bearing their name had been explicitly communicated to you before the samples were submitted.
Our aim is always to be transparent with our customers and to provide the service described at the time of purchase.
We are sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations, and we remain available to clarify any further questions regarding your specific case.
