My mat arrived today and totally love it. The mat fits perfectly in my lounge (2cm -3cm) and the pattern in the mat adds to the decor to the lounge area.

We received the Shaggy relax mat and we absolutely love it! It's so comfortable for my sensory sensitive boys and they spend all day on there. Carolynne was so helpful with our order and updated me throughout the process. We couldn't be happier with our new rug!

Although it took longer than I expected for the rug to come in stock, I was aware it was a pre-order item. When I reached out for an ETA Carolynne in support was super helpful and communicative on updates and shipping. She offered me other available options or to wait for the colour I wanted and receive a $30 store credit. I was happy to wait because I really liked the brown designer relax mat. It arrived and Carolynne checked we received it, such great service. The rug is sooooo nice, everyone has complimented it and we spend more time on the ground now playing with our bub. It's a little bit slippery with socks on but it's been a great investment for our comfort. My friend has the white one and has also said it's super easy to clean.

Firstly I would like to say that Carolynne Was extremely helpful with my enquiry, was quick to give me a solution and friendly. The kid absolutely love the farm mat and I enjoy sitting on the floor now. The mat is so soft and comfortable

Oh, my gosh, this mat is the greatest, it is like walking on a cloud. I have this in my gym room and it is wonderful to workout on. The kids can't stop touching it either. What a quality product! Great communication and speedy delivery also, highly receommend

I ordered the Relax Mat standard and it was definitely a quality product. But for reasons of my own decided to return it (color as described but just didn't look great in the room, and the dimensions exactly as described just a bit small once I actually had it). The return process was also exactly as advertised with responsive, friendly support. Applied the store credit toward a different quality product I do really like. So 5 stars even when it didn't exactly work out.

I placed a pre-order with Muscle Mat on 29 July of $359 and unfortunately the communication throughout the process has been extremely poor. After placing my order, I received very little information about its progress and had to repeatedly contact the customer service team myself just to get updates. As a customer, I don't believe I should have to chase a company for information about an order I've already paid for.

Today, I received an email stating that my order had been delivered to the post office. However, I was never notified that it had been left there, nor did I receive any correspondence, collection notice, texts or card advising me where or when it could be collected.

The lack of proactive communication and transparency has made what should have been a straightforward purchase unnecessarily frustrating for the amount paid. While I hope the product itself is good, the ordering and delivery experience has left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend Muscle Mat based on my experience.

Disappointing experience, although to their credit, Muscle Mat ultimately refunded me in full and did so quickly.

I ordered a $299 mat and paid $19.95 for shipping. My order confirmation stated:

“We ship all orders same day, if placed before 12pm.”

“Orders are expected within 1–3 business days.”

After several days with no dispatch notification, I contacted them and was then told they were actually waiting for new stock and my order wasn’t expected to be dispatched until late August.

None of this was made clear to me when I ordered. Had I known the item wasn’t available for immediate dispatch, I wouldn’t have purchased it.

When I requested a refund, their initial response suggested that perhaps I’d ordered “accidentally” or my “circumstances changed” and offered store credit or a refund minus a $15 cancellation fee.

That was the frustrating part. I hadn’t accidentally ordered anything or simply changed my mind — I wanted to cancel because the fulfilment timeframe was completely different from what their communication led me to expect.

After I challenged the cancellation fee, they quickly processed a full refund, which I genuinely appreciate.

My issue isn’t with a product being temporarily out of stock — that happens. It’s the lack of transparency around availability, followed by communications suggesting delivery within days, and then initially trying to charge me $15 to cancel once I discovered the actual timeframe.

Hopefully they improve how stock availability and expected dispatch dates are communicated to customers.

Had an issue where my card got charged 3 times. It ended up being a hiccup with my bank, but Gloria was extremely professional and made sure everything was correct. Thank you Gloria for humoring me and being so sweet and helpful!

I got a 50x50 mat for my sons play pen and we LOVE IT. The material is great and super soft. This was recommended to me by a friend who also uses it for her toddler and it looks and feels so nice. Great customer service too.

Package came in fairly quick. We got the designer series. And have a 9 month old that loves hitting his head. And I honestly sit on the rug more than the couch. It comes in a small box we got the 13 ft ones I thought they sent the wrong bc size. Nope it’s very compact. Haven’t had any stains to really clean up. But vaccuming is easy. I would recommend! I was not paid for this review 😂

Was sent the wrong rug and company refused to fix the order because I could not supply the original box. They said they had no other way to verify I had the wrong item even though I sent pictures and had literally just received it. Love the rug but the company treats customers poorly. It was my third rug from them and they sent me the wrong rug and then argued with me for hours via email and refused to help fix it.

I bought a muscle mat for the living area, but I bought too small a mat so we need to upgrade… The delivery was slower than I’d expect at nearly a month, but the actual foam of the product feels cheap. When you walk near the edge it rolls up towards your feet and it feels like walking on a course dish sponge, not memory foam feel like Zenli in our daughters bedroom. The pattern is gorgeous, but we can’t forgo the feel, so we’re getting a pattern we like less from zenli for our lving room.

I brought a deluxe shaggy relax muscle mat and it’s definitely money well spent.
The company was great to deal with and even sent a follow up email asking if I was happy with it. It’s so comfy I even lay on the floor now with the pets and instantly find myself relaxing.
It was so good I brought my daughter one.

When I say these muscle mats are 10/10 I mean they are 10/10.... myself and my family are so so happy with our purchase but not only that the customer service.
So my partner ordered the relax mat- soft touch foam mat; we were so excited as it was mainly gonna be used for our twin girls for tummy time but we noticed that we didnt receive an update on our order.
I managed to reach out and get into contact with the team and when I tell you how efficient and outstanding the customer service from Carolynne; she was so helpful, kind and herself and the team were very apologetic in regards to our order.
She even notified us that the item was out of stock and if we wanted to go with a mat that was in stock. We decided if it was okay with them, if we get one that's in stock.

When I tell you were honestly shocked because the mat we recieved was 100% out of this world and we werent expecting it at all. We are truly in love with it and so are my girls.

Thank you muscle mat team and especially Carolynne; you are a special asset to their team and a true gem!

My husband and I were very interested in purchasing a mat from Muscle Mat, but had a few routine questions regarding material safety and safety testing.

We reached out via email three weeks ago and have followed up multiple times, as well as sending direct messages on both Facebook and Instagram. Unfortunately, we have been completely ignored across every platform.

Long-term health and safety are non-negotiable for us (especially as we have a toddler) so it is deeply concerning that a company would make public product claims yet refuse to provide standard safety verification when asked. The complete lack of customer support and transparency is a major red flag. They are also deleting my comments on instagram.

I did experience a Problem with the mats I ordered but this seems to be resolved and hoping to have the new mats arrive soon. Had previously ordered a mat a few years ago with no issues at all

I ordered the Design Relax Mat in beige on 2nd July as a pre-order with an expected mid-July delivery. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive it until the 6th of August, and there was no proactive communication. I had to chase an update myself. When it finally arrived, the colour was much more pink than beige and doesn’t match the advertised photos. I’m disappointed with both the communication and the misleading colour representation, and I’m hoping for a prompt refund.
