Absolutely frustrating
Absolutely frustrating, SERVICE . Zero communication they make it extremely difficult through website to reach them or even to ask them about your shipment.On "contact us" when you click on send after you fill everything , a message appeared that "Select that country from the list" there is no list in countries that does not exist . And when you ask for returns, they only give you their policy but you cannot go anywhere to do so.my order 164007 . Never again dealing with this company no matter what the cliché responses and the sweet talk to their customers and I will look for a way for my refund. When is the cashier money they take their own sweet time to ship or to respond? Absolutely not trustworthy.

After complaining on TrustPilot . SARA GIACOMIN Operation Manager sent me an email following an email same day from customer service email , too .
Both of them absurdly claiming that my order of a VACCUUM cleaner, a HOSE , and two sets of DUST BAGS are under RANDOM !!! verification of procedure and security check . And still after 17 days, I still have no information about my shipment. Refusing to give me any indication.
Instead of coming straight and tell me what's the problem and how to solve it together , they rely on absolutely pathetic reason !! that nobody can believe and digest . BRAVO MR. WORKER
Today I will contact my bank to initiate a chargeback dispute to my Visa card .

I think this company is awful - AVOID
I think this company is awful - Im given the run around on email - told an item is packed and ready for shipping and three days later it is still not shipped, I have repeatedly asked for a refund as the item I bought was a gift for a birthday. I initially on email spoke with Pithak Sudcharee - who has given me three different version, then Andrea Zamploeri - who stalls and doesnt answer - all I want now is a refund.
UPDATE: well trust pilot works - I've been refunded. I still wouldn't recommend them to buy from you shouldn't have to resort to this to get your money back.
