Order arrived incomplete. Mirai promised it would come later, but a month later I still haven't had anything. Sent multiple e-mails to support. The reply was that the order was delivered. I again told them that the order arrived but it's incomplete. Now they have completely ignored me

Placed a pre order
Placed a pre order, order #7505 , no shipping details, mailed them, they told me to check the website, website didn't work, website told me to mail, still no reply. Dont was a apology under this review. If they do you can see how much they don't listen. Only would like to know when i get my package. If thats not an option, i want to know where i can cancel my order. I regret not reading the replies about pre orders here first.

Your order contains Disney Lorcana: The Wilds Unknown products, for which the official release date is May 15. While there was a pre-release event on May 8, our store does not ship products during pre-release periods and follows the official retail release date set by the distributor.
Because of this, shipping details have not yet been sent out, as orders will only begin processing around the official release.
We understand that the communication and website experience were frustrating, and we apologize for that. We will do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible once the official release begins.

No delivery.
An order was placed on March 17th, but to date, March 25th, we have received nothing. I sent a polite message and received a dismissive response stating that PostNL is extremely busy. What surprised me was that after we had sent an email, an email suddenly arrived from Shop stating that a package was on its way. Given all the circumstances, we will not be ordering from Mirai cards again.

Shipping was slow and bad pakaging
Shipping was slow and an expensive article came without bubble wrap or anything to protect it, obviously it got damaged on the way
