I strongly advise against ordering from Superlook Wig. I placed two separate orders for their 26-inch 6x5 Pre-Cut HD Lace Wigs, one on August 13th (Order #Superlook2151) and another on August 15th (Order #Superlook2152). Their published shipping policy explicitly guarantees a 1-2 day processing time and 3-5 day delivery to the United States. It has now been over two weeks, and neither order has arrived. Worse than the shipping delays is the complete lack of customer service. I have sent multiple emails requesting a status update or tracking number, and they have ignored every single one of my inquiries. My second order has been permanently stuck on "preparing for shipping" since the day I purchased it. They are quick to take your money upfront but will completely ghost you when they fail to meet their own delivery deadlines. I am now forced to open disputes with PayPal just to recover my funds. Buyer beware—their claims of fast shipping are entirely false, and their customer support is non-existent.

Disappointed
This is my Third purchase with megalook wigs.
The first wig started to Shed but I really did think this was due to the glue install. So i went Ahead and purchased a second wig which was a 20 inch 5x5 wig ,When the wig arrived this was clearly a 14 inch wig which had no volume just flat.After getting in contact with them on the back and forth emails they finally granted a refund.
I then stupidly purchased another wig from the which was a 18 inch 5x5 curly Wig, I had this installed without Glue this time and it’s day three and the front of the wig yet again is shedding.
This is very disappointing and frustrating The hair is not even the correct length only the last row from the back of the wig is 18 inch where the rest of the wig is made up of shorter lengths.
The description of what you are displayed is not what you receive.
This company is gaming your money to deliver badly made wigs.

Regarding the shedding around the front of the wig, we would like to properly investigate the issue rather than make assumptions. Since you mentioned that the wig was installed without glue and the shedding started within three days, please send us clear photos or a short video showing the shedding area, particularly the front hairline and lace. We will have our quality control team review the construction and determine whether there is an issue that needs to be addressed.
Regarding the 18-inch length, we would also like to clarify how curly wigs should be measured. Curly hair naturally appears shorter because of the curl pattern, so measuring the hair while it is in its natural curly state will not provide an accurate measurement of the actual hair length.
For an accurate length measurement, please follow these steps:
1. Place the wig on a flat surface or a wig stand.
2. Take a section of hair from the crown/top area and gently stretch the hair straight without pulling excessively.
3. Place the measuring tape at the root of the hair and measure all the way to the longest end of that section.
4. Please measure several sections, including the front, middle, and back, rather than measuring only one strand or one particular row.
5. Take clear photos showing the entire measuring tape alongside the stretched hair so we can verify the measurement.
Curly wigs are also generally layered to create a more natural shape and maintain the intended curl pattern, so the hair throughout the wig will not necessarily be exactly the same length. The longest layer is what determines the advertised length.
We also want to clarify that we do not intentionally send customers products that are different from what is advertised, and we do not agree with the suggestion that we are deliberately providing poorly made wigs to keep customers’ money. We take product quality and customer feedback seriously, and we would much rather review the actual product evidence and resolve the issue fairly.
Once we receive the photos/video of the shedding and the properly measured length, we will submit everything to our quality control team for review and determine the appropriate solution based on the findings.

Love their hair, the quality is insane and I feel like I get inches for my buck. I usually order 26/28 but the 26 be giving 28 and the 28 like 30. I’ve ordered a lot from them and will continue. Also, delivery is insanely quick to the UK. However it’s a double edge sword because they deliver and process so quickly it’s sometimes hard to cancel an order ! I’ve been having a hard time getting into contact with customer service so if you see this please help ! I’ve sent multiple emails.

I completed forgot about the time difference so that’s why it was a bit difficult to reach them but they have replied ! So for what it’s worth check the time difference between your country and the US. Will change it from 4/5 to 5/5!
