I have used the messaging service on their website also email 2 separate emails and still no reply
I received my Royal Mail tracking number 3 days ago and it’s not updated since I contacted Royal Mail and they told me they haven’t received the package into their system and quite rightly referred me back to the retailer
I still can’t get a response
After paying double the retail price you would think I would receive my order promptly after all the relevant checks have been done
Shocking customer service it seems I’ve wasted my time and money now will have to contact my bank for a refund

If I could give zero I would. Placed an order over 4 weeks ago. Received nothing, sent several emails with them finally replying saying there is a signature for delivery with a picture of the delivery beside a wall. Not the signature of anyone in the house and they’ve said tough luck basically.

Ordered a pack of solpadeine max 3 days ago, as a single parent carer of a disabled teen i pulled my back lifting her wheelchair so couldn't get to physical chemist and no support system. So i Ordered with royal mail special next day delivery paying through the nose at over £20 in total for a product only £9 in stores, but I needed them, id tried alternatives nothing was working and now I was struggling to maintain daily care of my disabled daughter. So it arrived on time that's fine however when openjng I noticed they had not sent the requested solpadeine max but solpadeine plus! A far cheaper, less powerful version which i knew wouldn't help considering id already been taking ibuprofen and paracetamol, I filled in the contact form on the website on Saturday noting THEY WERE OPEN TILL 5PM...I also sent direct email. There has yet to be a reply. Absolutely appalling, I feel scammed and honestly furious since I put my hopes in this company to provide what I paid for so I could get back to caring duties without pain and discomfort, instead I recieve a cheap, inappropriate product, still suffering, £20+ spent and zero response!

This part is in response to the reply...clearly this is computer generated generic reply since my review clearly stated I had already sent a direct email with my order number in subject line aswell as filling out the contact form on the website. If this is not a computer reply then why would you reply to this with a request for me to do this? Just go to your email find my order number and respond if you actually wish to resolve this issue.

Awful, took my money and never received item, eventually refunded but had to keep contacting them to push for refund

Failed to deliver. Emailed once admitting parcel had gone missing. Now ignoring all contact and refusing to refund. I am having to chase refund through card issuer. Shoddy service

Thursday tomorrow it’s now took four days for next day delivery. No way to communicate other than by email.

No star at all. I ordered meds from this website I paid for 24hrs special delivery it’s been how many days and no update on my order, wasting my time and money.

Typically and good pharmacy to choose

I recently placed an order with MedsForLess, unfortunately, i did not have a very experience with them. I placed an order for medication and ordered 100 tablets (which is the standard amount of tablets for this medication) but when the medication arrived i only had 50 tablets arrive despite paying for 100 tablets.

I contacted them straight away about the issue, and i must admit the team was very helpful in sorting it out. To cut a long story short they offered me two solution they offered to send out another order containing the remaining 50 tablets or offered to refund me 50% of my money back.

This experience did leave me annoyed as i did not have what i ordered and paid for, however, seeing the team being so helpful and actively offering solution did make this experience some what more pleasant.

Although, ordering with MedsForLess was not a very good experience this time, i have ordered from this pharmacy many times in the past and the service and delivery have been amazing with no issues at all, and due to the swift action with the team when i raised a concern this time has left me feeling confident to order from them again should i need to.

Overall, i would recommend MedsForLess for any of your online pharmacy needs, but i also recommend that you check your orders soon they arrive and if you have any issues raise them ASAP to staff who will be more than happy to assist you.
