Misleading return policy - assembly instructions only in Polish
We ordered a couch a couple of days ago, and it was delivered to us within the expected time frame. However: Meubels1 heavily promotes a 365 days return policy, and one would think this means that you get to actually try the furniture and then if you don't like it, you can return it. Well, in fact, even if you unwrap it, let alone assemble it, the return policy is no longer valid, and you cannot return it. To be fair: I understand this, and it makes sense, however, so heavily promoting everywhere on the website that you have a year to decide basically on the product is very misleading. I can hardly imagine someone ordering a piece of furniture, putting it in their storage for a year, and then, okay, after not even unwrapping it, or let alone assembling it, deciding to send it back. Plus: the assembly instructions were on a piece of paper, only in Polish. Although I do appreciate a challenge, this was just outright ludicrous. Have to say it though, the product quality itself seems to be good, but the overall customer experience is far from ideal.

Disappointing quality
Ordering process and communication with customer service was flawless . There was delay of 2 weeks compared the delivery estimation but ok , I personally don't mind.
The problem was with the item itself . The bed bottom board was hit and stain removed on a big spot from the factory so very low quality control. The worst part is the headboard that is upholstered and the filling stinks like hell after 1 month and I have the feeling it won't go away soon or ever.

I bought a washing machine cabinet
I bought a washing machine cabinet. When it arrived, I read the specifications regarding density and weight capacity, and it clearly cannot support the weight of a washing machine. The wood swelled within two days, even before I put the washing machine on it. I finally decided not to take the risk.

Failure of Assembly
At the time of purchase, indoor installation was explicitly included; however, upon delivery, the personnel refused the installation and left the sofa unassembled without providing any solution or alternative arrangement. This is completely unacceptable and constitutes a failure to deliver a part of the service that was advertised and included in my order when I paid for it.
