Approach with caution! Never delivered and refused to refund my money of $60! FAKE!

I must of spent over a £1000 this year alone
Customer service is just a nice email to pacify you but no results,you get passed to another department that takes 2 days to email to be told exactly the same
Still waiting for a order 27 days now

ME KNOW NOTHING (faulty towers)

The items arrived quickly and they were very well packaged. I have only just started taking these so too early to tell just yet but I will take them as directed and see what happens

The order took 11 days to be dispatched. And all communication came after I had to chase up the order several times. Once dispatched it arrived quickly. However due it being like 9 days later than planned I had to buy other stuff off amazon so am now out of pocket…

On a subscription for 2 months had to chase both times, leaving a week break each time so no continuity.

Don’t know if there are any results as the stop start routine

Very frustrating

If I could give a negative rating i would. My order was never delivered to me. I have been requesting a refund for over a month now and every time all I get is some generic email saying they understand my frustration and my request is being elevated to their highest team level - and this has been going on for a month now. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ordering these products from Mars is super easy,the time it takes is slightly longer than i would like,the products arrive well packaged and wrapped.
I did mention to Mars that I ordered turkesterone capsules and they are normally yellow but they were red capsules this time. I sent them pics just out the box. I thought they was going to send me out a replacement but they said thanks for letting them know.

Other than that experience all the products have been good and work,which is what you really want along with a good price,so they are the main things especially when it is products that have a expectation to live up to.

I’ve been in emailed correspondence with their customer support for 6 weeks regarding 2 orders which haven’t been dispatched but paid for almost 2 months ago, I’ve now been chasing a refund for the last 4 weeks with promises of priority on my refund but again another week has passed without any update or refund.
Be interested if others have or are having the same issues

Customer service team were very helpful at getting my order processed after waiting over 2 weeks from payment was taken for product. I ran out so it was a lil frustrating waiting so long for it .. product is now here thats all that matters.

I didn't get the order.
It wasn't delivered to my address.

I ordered my gummies on the 10/7/26, took my money, tracking has not moved.

I have 3 emails, left a negative review already. I have no idea when my items will arrive and had no reply or feedback from MARs. They have a 3.3 review for a reason they do give a Whatsit about client outcomes.

My advice just use a specialist doctor.

This lot sell a dream and it never deliver.

Could not tell any difference using the product, no wow, like I can tell a difference using this product, Nada nothing.

Easy and practical to use very quick service

Still not receved my order after 4 weeks saying thay havent got the stot and still havent had my money sent back to me

Had to email them 4 times chasing an order which then took 15 days to arrive. Not great customer service at all

Absolutely appalling customer service. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of ordering from Mars by GHC to think twice.

I requested a refund over three weeks ago, and despite countless emails, all I’ve received are the same copy-and-paste responses telling me my case has been “escalated”, marked as “urgent”, and that someone will be in touch “very soon”. None of those promises have been followed through.

The most frustrating part is that they have now stopped responding to my emails altogether. As a paying customer, being ignored after repeatedly chasing a refund is completely unacceptable.

I am genuinely disgusted by the way this has been handled. A refund should not take weeks to process, and customers should never have to beg for updates or be left wondering if they are ever going to get their money back.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. A business should be judged by how it treats customers when things go wrong, and in my experience, Mars by GHC has failed completely.

Save yourself the stress, frustration and endless chasing. There are plenty of other companies that value their customers and deserve your money far more than this one.

The capsules are not working at all after 11 day sci thought i would get a cm bot not a sausage

Easy to order and excellent delivery times.

One of items missing, box in a right state on delivery 🚚.. still waiting response

Made a order on the 9th of June received confirmation email then nothing ,tried emailing customer care 4 times and nothing no reply so decided to try messenger and managed to get a response to tell me that the reason was probably lack of stock.then finally they turn up over a month and 1 week later.seems very poor for a huge company and makes me dubious about ordering anything again .
