Excellent Outfit
The website is very very easy to use and the prices are great. I did not have any difficulty at all, only to choose the outfit that I need because I wanted to get all the pieces that I love. My package arrived on time. The material is quality: so soft and delicate and exactly as I saw it in the pictures. Customer service was excellent and I received a discount code for my next order. Bad quality
I don't recommend buying anything from this company. While I like the colour and material of the dress i ordered, it doesn’t match the product photos. The dress lies flat because it’s missing the upper pleats shown in the pictures, which are the main feature.
When I tried to return it, I was denied and told that the dress looks different on different body types. This isn’t a fit issue, the pleats are simply not there, in this size(L). This is a quality problem.
I was really looking forward to wearing this so it’s very disappointing.

Poor quality Elena Dress
Purchased a dress (Elena - still showing on website) and when it arrived, the quality was awful. In short it is described as being Linen& Cotton blend but when it arrived it was very poor quality as it was 100% Polyester. It is for this reason I requested on at least communications a return label to send it back and request a full refund. To date no reply to communications and no return label so that I can get a full refund. Regardless of returns policy they quote to other people, I am entitled to a full refund as item description does not match with what I have received. I have supplied picture evidence to support this. So at this time I am giving a few more days then will be following up via Trading standards. My rights for this online purchase are not being adhered to, once I receive my return label and full refund I will update this review.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered an item that was described as cotton, but when it arrived, the fabric felt more like plastic than cotton. It was not what I expected based on the product description.
I contacted customer service to request a return, explaining that I was unhappy with the quality. I was told that they do not accept returns simply because a customer doesn't like the item, and that this was not considered a valid reason under their return policy.

Crystal cape blue beaded abaya
I ordered the crystal cape beaded abaya in blue (ma427)
It is beautiful with lovely intricate designs on it. Looks even more amazing in real life. Well worth the price. The cape is quite long for for someone who is 5'3 but you will have to wear heels. The under slip is perfect length.
The under slip sleeves are 3/4 so that was an only issue for me but I will have to extend the sleeves for that.

Alhamdulillah, it was my first time purchasing a khimar and the quality of the fabric was great and buttery and soft. The services team was fast, when I asked about if my order was being shipped, they replied quick and shipped my order promptly. I really like their business and designs, will probably order again inshaaAllah. They told me they will not return an Abaya that doesn’t fit me and I paid over $100 for it. They said we don’t return if it relates to size. Just a heads up for anyone considering ordering from this store: I didn’t buy clothing or anything custom — I bought a kids electronic prayer mat. Unfortunately, the quality was disappointing, and when I tried to return it after contacting them through email, they would not accept the return.
I specifically chose to order from a Muslim-owned shop because I wanted to support Muslim businesses instead of buying elsewhere, which makes the experience even more frustrating.
So just FYI — if you order from this store, make sure you are 100% certain you want to keep the item, because based on my experience they are very unwilling to allow returns.

Regarding the prayer mat, we sincerely apologize that the product did not meet your expectations. For certain non-clothing items, return eligibility can sometimes differ due to product category and supplier policies, but we understand that this may not have been communicated clearly enough, and for that we are sorry.
