After an initial enquiry about a heat pump I have had a couple of telephone conversation with Mark.
Extremely professional and knowledgeable about heating systems, Mark provided me with an initial breakdown of what was likely to be required for my property.
He talked through various options and listened to my requirements.
With absolutely no pressure trying to sell to me.
I have not had a survey to get an exact quote and am not proceeding although this is down to my overall situation (relatively new combi boiler that i don't want to replace at present and air conditioning requirements)
