Excellent service from everyone I have spoken to at Majestic all staff are very responsive to any queries either on line or via phone. My order was delivered next day. I would highly recommend this company.

Majestic Materials was amazing they helped me choose and design the garden was very happy with the service from start to finish. They Evan sent me pictures of what I had in mind. When they came for delivery even they was very polite and carried all items into the garden. I would highly recommend this company for there services and the products top quality.

A little late on delivery time but the driver was really nice and helped me unload all the stuff. Looking to ordering later this year to do the rest of the house

Really pleased with the quality of the cladding from Majestic Materials. We’d looked at a few different suppliers before ordering, and the finish on these boards stood out. They feel solid, the colour is exactly what we were hoping for, and they’ve completely transformed the look of the space.

Delivery was straightforward and everything arrived well packaged. We had a couple of questions before ordering, and the team got back to us quickly with helpful advice, which made the whole process much easier.

Installation was simple enough, and the finished result looks far more expensive than it was. We’ve already had a few people ask where we got it from. Would definitely order from Majestic Materials again.

Following this review, James contacted me personally to apologise and discuss the issues I’d raised. He listened, acknowledged my concerns, and refunded both the 10% restocking fee and the additional delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill.

I appreciate the way James handled the matter once he became aware of it, and it’s only fair that my review reflects the complete experience. I’ve therefore updated my rating, although I still believe the matter should have been resolved much earlier without the need for a public review.

Unfortunately, the after-sales service let the experience down. My refund was initially calculated incorrectly, after which I raised what I believe to be a legitimate consumer rights concern regarding the company’s blanket “10% restocking fee” on all online orders.

Despite asking for the matter to be reviewed by management, I never received a substantive response to my follow-up emails or messages. Instead, I received automated emails inviting me to leave a review — so this was my experience at the time.

Good product, poor communication and disappointing complaint handling. I hope the company reviews both its customer service and its returns policy.

Excellent service and quality materials even though a couple of bits of by order was out of stock it was still delivered with a promise of the missing parts to follow in a couple of days - this ensured the main job could commence
