The listings on their website often present properties in an idealized way that does not match reality. In my case, the description promised “spacious” and “bright” rooms, but the apartment was cramped and poorly lit. It felt like bait-and-switch to lure in buyers.

The agency fees were surprisingly high compared to other local agencies, but the level of service did not reflect that premium cost. I felt like I paid extra for promises that were never fulfilled, and the value I received was disappointing.

I entrusted Maison Bianchi with managing my short-term rental property, but they were unreliable. Bookings were often mishandled, cleaning was inconsistent, and guests complained about poor maintenance. I had to intervene multiple times, which defeated the purpose of having an agency handle everything.
