Technician was excellent. Large crack on a grey/black porcelain worktop that he said was a very difficult repair. We are delighted and the repair is barely visible. Appreciates this would be a difficult repair, but result is way beyond our expectations. Really reasonable price (£216) and a really quick and easy booking process.

An excellent service from my initial ‘phone call to completion of the work. Every step Magicman advised they would do they did. Technician Lee ‘phoned 30 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on his way. A very pleasant young man and his repair of a chip in my shower tray is so good it is like the damage was never there. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm.

I had quite a large chip in one of my kitchen tiles. I contacted magic man and they sent a lovely man out to my house this morning and the work was amazing. You would never know that the tile ever had a chip in and looks like new. I would highly recommend using magic man and will def be using them again if anything else should happen that I need repairs. Great work!

Magicman tecnician Zaine has repaired a flaw in our newly fitted bathroom tiles. It is amazing you would never know there was ever a problem. Zaine called as we were told he would o let us know he was 20 minutes awa. Arrived promptly for the appointment and got straight to work when he arrived. He has done an amazing job Thank you would have no worries about using magicman services again

We had two very badly cracked conservatory floor tiles repaired by Amos and we are absolutely amazed at such a fantastic result; truly brilliant. The repair took around four hours to complete and the professionalism and care shown by Amos to get the finished result just right was exceptional. The estimate and booking process was easy, and Chloe on reception very helpful. From our experience with this company, we would happily recommend Magicman Holdings to anyone.

We got a quote, paid and booked an appointment. The repair products arrive separately to the repair person (something we were not alerted to). In our case the repairer arrived then left because the products were not there. The products arrived an hour later. They were very apologetic but the next available appointment was nearly a month later. The day finally comes and we wait at home then eventually contact the company. They say they have no record of the booking. We ask to speak to a supervisor and are assured they will call back but no word from them. So they have nearly £300 of our money and no prospect of a repair. Appalling service.

Matthew was amazing, very friendly. He did an amazing job fixing the burn on my kitchen worktop. You can hardly tell it was there. 100% recommend. Booking was easy, got a quote in seconds.

I’m over the moon with the results! My dog had chewed my kitchen shelf and now you wouldn't even know. Easy to arrange, great price and amazing results! I just wish I could put pictures on here to show how good their work is.

booked job 2 months and paid in advance. both times the appointment got cancelled citing "sickness" to the person and wanting to reschedule. each reschedule is 4 weeks hence and completely unacceptable.
"Sickness" as an excuse seems to be the most commonly used excuse based on reviews that i have read by other fellow customers. Completely unreliable and unprofessional and having zero care attitude towards customers.
no courtesy to amend their ways of working and behaviour and would not recommend to anyone unless they have loads of time on their hands to get a simple job to rectify worktop to be done.

We had a chipped quartz worktop repaired yesterday by Magicman Leeds. It is a very professional repair by a lovely young man who was very polite and efficient. You cannot see where it was repaired. Very pleased with it and would highly recommend.

The technician came out, filled the crack and then hand painted it back to look almost better than what it looked like.

Took photo of a crack tile which I know can be repaired sent it to Magicman and the got quote, they hounded me for immediate payment which I obliged then 2 weeks after got repair man to come have a look and tell me he cant do the job, used Snagworks in the past but they were awfully busy so went with Magivman, it took 5 calls a threatening email for court action to receive my money back.. I think they should name the company Conman Repairs not Magicman.. nothing magic about them!

Can anyone tell me if this is a genuie company , paid upfront , had two appointments booked on both occasions someone called and cancelled my appointment , due to sickness, this is despite me taking time of work to be here. I now have been asked to wait a further week before someone can come out , whilst they sit on my money ? I have read similar reveiws like this ?

I contacted a very honest tiler about replacing the tiles in my kitchen that had three small chips. He told me rather than spend over £4k replacing them all that I should first contact Magicman to have the chips repaired. Again Magicman were very honest and advised me that because the tiles were high gloss they could not give me an absolute guarantee that the finish would not be noticeable. I decided that for the cost involved it was worth a try.
Luke Weatherall was the guy they sent to do the repair not only did he arrive when they said but explained everything about why Magicman couldn’t guarantee the finish due to the tiles being high gloss.
Luke apart from being an honest , lovely guy has performed miracles because the finish on the tiles is perfect and only because I know where the repair was done can I see it nobody else would be aware of it at all. Way above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this company and its staff.

We had a tradesman called Zaine come to do magic on our worktops fantastic service, very helpful would definitely recommend.

The technician jack was not only extremely efficient but a very amiable and pleasant man

We used Magic Man to repair some marks and bubbling on our kitchen cupboards, the first repair the engineer openly admitted he took it up too high and the finish was noticeable against the existing units. A second engineer came out, after some back and fourth, to fix the first engineers poor workmanship.
We followed all after care and the repairs started to chip / crumble away. We asked magic man to come out again as we were still under warranty which is also listed int their website but were told this wasn’t included under warranty. We kept going back and fourth and even got a third party to write a report which showcased the job was not executed properly and the finish isn’t how it should be. Magic man took and continue to take no accountability. When communicating with them it’s always the same answer “it’s still being reviewed” I have expressed my unhappiness countless times and have still had to chase. Really unhappy and disappointed with the service and would not recommend to anyone.

We recently subcontracted work to Magicman for one of our largest customers, having previously used and recommended them for many years. Unfortunately, the service we received this time was consistently unacceptable.

We booked Magicman four months ago and paid upfront. On three separate occasions, they cancelled on the day of attendance due to sickness and advised that no other engineer was available to complete the work. It ultimately took four months for them to finally attend. To protect our relationship with a major customer, we absorbed the full cost ourselves. The potential impact of losing this client would have been detrimental to our company, yet Magicman showed no concern for the commercial risk their repeated cancellations created, which they were fully aware of.

We sent several emails attempting to resolve the situation, all of which were ignored. Only after repeated follow‑ups were we offered a 10% discount, alongside the explanation that cancellations were unavoidable due to sickness.

Communication throughout was poor, dismissive, and at times rude, with no accountability or urgency to put things right. This is a stark contrast to the reliable service we previously experienced and confidently recommended to our customers.

Based on this experience, we will not be using Magicman again, nor referring them. The decline in professionalism and customer care is significant, and we cannot risk exposing our clients — or our reputation — to this level of service.

We used Magicman to repair damage to tiles in our shower. Phil Pilkington did an outstanding job, it is impossible to see where the damage was originally. He was prompt, polite, professional and extremely talented. We would not hesitate to recommend!
