Fantastic product. We have a very similar one in the UK so it was great to find an Italian alternative. With regards to the service, I would say it was superb but my hesitation in giving 5 stars was that there were too many emails throughout this process. I get it, it’s a fine line between keeping your customers informed and too much but this can easily be improved. The rest as I stated was excellent and I will use MA-FRA again 😬
