New shirts for an old guy
the shirts are excellent quality and arrived in timely manner. I love the sentiment they express! They will be for my husband's 80th birthday--coming up at the end of August, so he has not seen them yet. Knowing him since 1963, I can predict he will love them too--right up his alley!

My pin came in a timely manner
My pin came in a timely manner, and the quality is pretty good. My only issue is that I ordered a pin with three charms on it so two photos and the centerpiece which has the writing on it the charms do not lay flat and they are all bunched together, so you cannot see them properly. I do have a photo, but this review does not give me an option to post it.

So far not impressed or happy with service , ordered my item on 20th august and still havent gotten it , currently have an open complaint with evri about this package as its "missed the courier" usual rubbish from those thieves , i sent an email with a screenshot of evri confirming they missed the courier and response i get is allowe 7-14 more days and repeating delivery status which i can read myself on evri website so useless. Dont order as they use evri and its a gamble whether you get your product.

I am very disappointed with my purchase. My item order MA#2931181 / tracking number GFUSO1067455132738 came with two chip on the Personalized Mug. I sent a photo of the picture of the chip mug and I haven't heard from your team. I requested for a refund and I did not get a answer from your team. All I want is a refund no replacement. We have been doing our best to handle your case and are absolutely willing to issue a full refund for your damaged mug. However, in your previous email, you mentioned that you were unsure how to send the photos, so we are still waiting for the necessary proof of the damaged item before we can proceed with the refund.
We do need a photo showing the two chips on the mug to complete the verification. For this reason, a phone call unfortunately would not help us move the case forward, as we still need the photo for our records and to process the refund.
To make this easier, we have just sent you a text message to the phone number you provided. Please check your text messages and send us a photo of the damaged mug there.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and apologize again for the inconvenience. Once we receive the photo, we will do our best to get your full refund processed as quickly as possible.

Having not received this order yet I can’t comment on its value. That being said I wish I was made aware that this is coming from China. I would have passed. Bad experiences from other purchases. Some never showed up at all. I hope this won’t be the case with this one. When they aren’t open as to where it’s coming from, might be a clue.

Beautiful welcome mat! Looks just like my furry pal. The mat should maybe be a bit thicker and have a skid-resistant reverse side. Nonetheless, it is a lovely and good-looking quality print. It is better for inside since it has a smooth surface texture.
