The operator Nathan was deft moving his tanker around, sorted the job quickly, gave good advice and was generally helpful. Cheerful and polite

The booking was easy and but the service itself was excepcional. Nathan Allen really impressed us by navigating a difficult entrance and efficiently getting the job done with a smile. We were his last stop after a long day but you'd never have know as nothing was too much trouble for him. It was a really great experience.

The 5 stars is for the engineer Kieran who was very professional,polite and helpful and explained how are system works and monitored it and checked it all over and hopefully finally sorted the issue .A credited too the company.We would like to have Kieran for future work.Unfortunatley 1 star was for the office communication ,timings for everyone to be there at the same time to assess the tank when empty which incurred additional unnecessary work.Thanks again Kieran.

I was reminded that my tank needed its annual emptying. The office staff were efficient, polite and friendly. Kyle arrived as promised. Our drive is restricted but he got in. What a driver! He is a star and emptied the tank and cleaned it. He was friendly and kept me informed at all stages. Well done to the whole May Glothling team.

As expected, complete drivel in the reply. The original email dictating that they were coming tomorrow was obviously automated. There is no reason why an automated email shouldn't addresses the Customer by name. Systems do what people design them to do. Secondly, my request for an ETA was an entirely separate email that I sent directly to their normal office email address. And it was ignored by their admin staff. Rude.
Thirdly, this was not an urgent call out, and I certainly never intimated it was at any time, nor did they. And the water system was working very well, as the blockage was minor, and we had been aware of it for many weeks before calling someone out. How come that is classified as a 'priority' when the system is 'not working'. It was working very well actually, and was no priority. Kneejerk defence if ever I saw it.

I booked Mayglothling to clear a blockage in my Domestic Waste Treatment Plant. I have never witnessed such pompous, self important, arrogant rudeness from any supplier. I received an email one evening dictating that they had scheduled the job and would arrive tomorrow 'sometime' between 8am and 6am. Nobody had shown even the common courtesy of talking to me to agree a date and time that was convenient for me, the Customer. I was clearly expected to clear my entire life because they had decided to come the next day. The 3 line email didn't even address me by name, or identify themselves. I replied and said NO, you are not coming tomorrow. Make an appointment with me like every other supplier on the planet who has some professional manners. So, I got a further email, dictating yet again, that they would come on Thursday between 8am and 6pm, a 10 hour 'slot'. Again, no discussion with me. I asked for an ETA, as I do have a busy life to get on with, rather than hang around for 10 hours waiting for them to bother turning up when it suits them. I never received a reply to this request, just ignored. Rudeness beyond belief. The engineer who came was charming and fixed the problem. The company isn't. Shameful arrogance.

Being a Black Country chap (now domiciled on the Welsh border), I tend to speak as I find. I moved here 13 years ago and found Mayglothling. I have never used anyone else since. They have recently started their WaterSmart scheme. I have signed up. That just about says the lot. Ta.
