The Changing Foundation works well for me BUT…..
I can only use it at home and not when I go away. The bottle top doesn’t screw down so there’s no way I could stow it in a suitcase. I suppose I could decant it but that would be a very messy & wasteful exercise.
Disappointed.

I used the shimmer stick during a nice trip on a warm sunny day and at the end it still looks very good.

Do Not Buy!! Complete waste of money- didn’t last for more than a few hours not the 16 hours they claim, it was patchy , company say if you’re not completely satisfied they will refund you. They will not! it’s a complete lie. It’s the worst foundation I’ve ever wasted my money on. Nobody replies to emails terrible customer service!

Product is good, just find delivery time quite long! But all went well and was well informed and updated.

Needed a full refund.
Sent photo of unopened package.
Jokers offered 50% discount.
I said no. Full refund.
Now they’re trying to illicit full international postage from me for refund despite their website saying it is free!!!!

This is the worst foundation I have ever tried. The texture is terrible and it does not adapt to my skin tone at all. It leaves my skin looking dry in places and oily in others. It took a long time to arrive and the 30 days free returns policy if you are not satisfied with the product is not true. The company has refused to refund the product if it is opened, despite saying you can try it and if you aren’t happy with the colour or texture you can return it with ‘no questions asked’. How you are supposed to try a product without opening I do not know. They have tried everything to avoid sending me their returns policy and complaints procedure, even sending emails in the wrong language. Terrible product with shocking customer service.

I have used other colour changing foundations before so I know they work but when I received this one its coverage was practically non existent and it’s very shiny on skin. I emailed them to take advantage of the 30 day money back guarantee but they have not responded to my emails.

Do not order from this company!
I ordered the colour changing foundation, the ad said 30day money back guarantee, no questions. It didn't suit me so I requested a refund and they stated that they don't refund used products! On questioning them further they said because it was an 'offer' the guarantee did not apply.
They have now stopped replying.

Purchased their colour changing foundation to give it a try. The colour was too pale for me & I didn’t like the texture on my skin. Tried to reclaim via their 30 day foundation trial risk-free policy & was met with excuse after excuse so basically there is no 30 day money back as advertised on their website site! Was eventually offer 30% refund as a “goodwill” gesture. I have seen been given a full refund.

Product took a while to arrive but I hadn’t realised it was being shipped from overseas- my bad !
So far my experience with customer service has been really good …. Maycosmetics have been very helpful to me with prompt responses to my query.

Great foundation and beautiful crème rouge

I ordered the changing foundation after seeing an advert purportedly form Boots UK, which said this was the best one. I read the return policy which said you could trial the product for 30 days, and get a free return and refund if it didn’t suit your skin ‘no questions asked’.
It didn’t suit my skin, no real coverage and my skin felt greasy.
I contacted them within a couple of days of the product arriving, and was told that they only take unopened, unused products back! I queried how you could trial something if you can’t actually try it and sent a screenshot of their return and refund guarantee, their reply was that because I bought it on a special offer, the guarantee doesn’t apply! After more emails, they have now offered me a partial 30% refund. So they do not follow their own return and refund policy.
** UPDATE** After my honest review on here, I received an email saying they would refund me if I agreed to delete or amend this review. I agreed to amend once the refund was in my bank. I have now received the refund.

I trusted the reviews and tik tok advertisements. They claim to give you 30 days refund if the foundation doesn't work.
I contacted to return and said I had used it so no refund.
Eventually only got 30% back
Avoid this company there's better Korean foundations out there i later discovered.

It arrived in good condition but dueof a heatwave I haven’t used it yet, I’m sorry.

I tried the Changing Foundation at a friend's. I was extremely impressed with the texture, and that it's build able. So I bought a bottle. The next day I saw a special and bought 4 more bottles for my friends. Yesterday I bought 2 more for friends. Each purchase has been delivered very quickly. I've been using it now for 2 months, and am so happy with it - as are the friends, who are now similarly addicted.
It's a simply fabulous product.

On the website it says try the foundation for 30days and if you're not happy you can send it back no questions asked.

well....this is far from the truth! constantly being told I can't return it because it's open. then I can't return it because the money back guarantee isn't valid for 'discounted' items....but the items are ALWAYS discounted on the website! The customer services just keep back and forth with e-mails with excuses, avoiding questions and they clearly don't know the statements made on the website (or don't care!) absolute scam.

the foundation itself is bad quality and doesn't do what it says, and the money back guarantee is fake and it's false advertising. I wouldn't waste your time or money on this.

Maycosmetics communicated all changes regarding my order even though I thought that delivery will be faster.

- overly long delivery time 13 days
- Dutch-oriented company (aka they have Dutch customer service - everything else is Chinese)
- money back guarantee is a scam
- product is poor of quality
