I signed up to Max Millions because of their advertised welcome offer, which states that if you win 500 free spins on the Mega Wheel, you receive 50 spins automatically and simply need to email them to claim the remaining 450 spins.
I followed the instructions exactly and emailed customer support to claim the remaining 450 Free Spins. After 10 days, I had still not received a reply.
Today I contacted the live chat. The agent apologised for the lack of response but was unable to explain how the Mega Wheel actually works. When I received the initial 50 Free Spins, there was no message telling me whether I had won or lost the remaining 450 spins. The promotion gives the impression that emailing support is all that is required, yet the process is unclear and, in my experience, the remaining spins have not been awarded.
This has been a very disappointing experience. In my opinion, the promotion lacks transparency, and customer support has not handled the issue properly. I would advise other players to be cautious before signing up based on this welcome offer until Max Millions provides a clear explanation and honours its published promotion.

This is an ok site and pays out quickly, roughly 1 hour. Only thing is the daily free spins constantly gives 0 free spins. At least on other sites you get something. Puts me off playing altogether
