Doing the test was simple, the video showing how to do it was very helpful. The results came back very quickly, namely on the day when Mavie received them, which was one day after the test.

The customizable tests are great, the results are ready within only a few days. We had a few problems with the latest test and in every case the customer service was great. They responded fast and were very helpful.

I love their products and great service
I love their products (microbiom and bood tests). The results are well described and visually presented and you get great recommendations depending on your test results. The support is also very helpful and follows up on your request. Some blood results could not be given with my first try as part of my blood was damaged, so I reached out to the support and they informed me about every update about my free new blood kit (for the missing results), e.g. that they will send a new blood kit, that it has been send etc. I was very impressed by their service.

I had a problem with my test because I was unable to get enough blood, so I contacted the support which then offered me a second kit ( for free) so that I could redo the test. Really helpful and uncomplicated 5 Stars.

Mavie Me Support was there to help me immediately when I couldn't find the return bag. The test is well explained in a video, so you have step-by-step instructions on how to do the blood test. Unfortunately, you can only send the test to Mavie Me from Monday to Thursday.

The customer service is super fast and helpful. I struggled to get enough blood for my test. I contacted the customer service and they answered super fast. I get another test kit for free and I have received some tips to succeed next time.
