Looking at the mattress on the website, I was attracted to its high-quality build and the well-explained layers. After buying the product, I decided not to keep it because of the delivery. I understood too late that there were no flexible delivery options, such as late evenings, early mornings, or weekends, nor any possibility to change the delivery appointment once it had been set. Frustrated with this, I decided to cancel my order. The company was quite responsive: once they received the mattress back, they reimbursed me immediately, although they subtracted transfer expenses of roughly 40 euros. I have since decided to go with another option of similar quality that offers me more flexibility on delivery.
