It is unnecessarily complicated, and one constantly gets the feeling that the customer is viewed with suspicion. There are constant checks to verify your identity or to question why you want a phone number in the first place. Furthermore, the login process frequently fails; sometimes you cannot log in at all, and even when you receive the code, it doesn't work. The customer experience with your service is truly unpleasant. If you assume that anyone wanting a phone number in another country is automatically involved in shady dealings or is a criminal, then please simply do not offer such a service.

Not a good service! I try to make a virtual no for working with alzabox....i spent 3 days waiting, nobody answere on that phones( all countrys). And today, after i send an email to stop tergiversing and give me the virtual no, they simly put me outside this aplication( i cant log in) . So., zero star for this app regarding virtual no.

I had more than 48h waiting the number and I didn’t receive it yet. Then I contacted and they resolved soon and asked refund money. It took time so I wait it will be ok

Disappointed - Virtual number blocked due to KYC rejection without reason
I purchased a Romanian virtual number from MoreMins, but it is completely unusable because my identity verification (KYC) was rejected. I provided all the requested ID documents and data accurately, but the system rejected them without providing any reason or explanation. Because of this, I cannot receive any classic SMS text messages, and the service I paid for does not work. I would appreciate it if someone from the support team could contact me and verify my documents manually.

Good choice for international calls outside the European Union. I call to Japan on the basis of 4 Eur plan, I get a lot of minutes in comparison with my telecommunications provider. Clear sound and easy to use menu.

So far, so good. Reasonably cheap price for U.S. phone number and top-up.

I purchased the number to receive SMS but even though I had internet connection the SMS were arriving hours after they were sent. I was with agent sending SMS and I expected to see them in portal, but they had not been displayed.. only when I got home I saw SMS in portal...

it is working as it should. calls, messages and everything. only thing I would change is to be able to buy package with unlimited SMS or for example 100 SMS for some reasonable price.

I got 5.0 GB eSIM Internet for Monte Negro as "gift" from Company Coral Travel. MoreMins send me QR Code. It don't work. Then i get a new QR Code. The same problem.
I was on vacation and i lost too much time to activate MoreMins eSIM....I decided to refuse MoreMins service.

I changed my telephone and my money, around 13$ gone?
