Apauling thieves really.As everyone else has said,I looked for a loan,they took 15 pence two weeks ago,I didn't even realise,every day sine they have tried to take £29.95 but I had moved all my money to my savings account,today I noticed they had managed to get a pending payment.My banks fraud team is on it like sonic.Monetas has said its they have voided the amount,but is still there,I can't even do my online shop because I can't put any money in my current account.I am disabled,but not stupid.ive been in talks with them all day.frauds absolute frauds.

Scammers...they have a glossy website, when calling after hours it all sounds very professional.
When ringing them, it is an international dialng tone that rings out. Finally i speak to a man who was shocked that i had got hold of them. Apparentntly based in Manchester.
They are crooks, and should be dealt with.

Scam scum hidden subscription fees

Would give it no stars. Absolute scam. Fraud. You can't log into their website, deapite it asking for your phone number/email. Absolute breach of privacy as they must use your phone number for something else nefarious. Woke up this morning to declined payments from my bank- Monetas has charged me (without ever telling me) about subscriptions i never made. Never had. I never gotten to use any of the service to be charged.

Just has them say 350 pound but we’re straight to another site afterwards after they had all my bank details . Lying horrible dishonest company

Due to a bereavement. I made an enquiry about a possible loan and entered details on loan website. I did not take a loan in the end. Recently checked my bank account and noticed several deductions of 29.99 Monetas. Despite my very clearly saying to them I never signed up for their financial services, they insist that I did. At no time whatsoever did I either want or request the service they offer. They used my details for a loan application and completely misused these. They refuse to refund my money and call centre worker days he is not a representative of the company despite taking calls on their behalf. Also said it was my fault for not noticing money taken within 14 days. Avoid this company like the plague and never fall into trap of providing your bank details to them if you don't want money taken from your account without your consent

They unexpectedly took nearly £30 from my bank. I called them and they cancelled my apparent subscription and said the money would drop back into my account as it was still pending. If the money doesn’t come back I will call my bank and dispute the charges. I don’t remember signing up for anything to do with the but at last it got sorted quickly or this would’ve been a one star review.

I just lost.my.mother. Haven't even cremated her yet..I needed a loan to cover costs. I specifically did not tick the free trial subscription box as I was stung that way before. Scammers! This company takes money out of your account without permission, has taken over £60 from me.i have never had a product or service from them they got my details from a legitimate site i was on, absolute joke and they don't issue refunds for the money they have stolen.
