⚠️ Very concerning recruitment experience with MONDEXA UK
I am XxxxxxXx, and I contacted MONDEXA regarding a UK job opportunity. My experience raised serious concerns about the recruitment process.
I was not given a normal live interview. Instead, I was asked to record my answers to interview questions and send the recorded video back through Telegram.
I also noticed that they did not provide me with a direct telephone number. The only email address I was given was info*mondexa.uk.
Later, I was asked to make a payment, which made me even more concerned about the legitimacy of the recruitment process.
I strongly recommend that anyone dealing with them verify the company, recruiter, actual UK employer, vacancy and sponsorship details independently before providing documents or making any payment.
Please do not pay any money without thoroughly verifying everything first.
I am sharing my personal experience to warn other jobseekers, particularly international applicants, to be very careful and conduct proper checks before proceeding..
