Fast shipping and klant service is great !

I returned an order worth €350 on March 7. DHL confirmed that the return was successfully delivered and received.

After several weeks without any refund, I contacted customer service. They initially told me that the refund would be processed soon. Later, I was informed that I would receive a store credit instead, which I clearly stated I did not want. After that, they again assured me that the money would be refunded shortly.

It is now May 8, and I still have not received my refund. Hope they will make the refund after this review, other wise I have to write to the ECC.

Great quality clothing, always have my size in stock and very fast so many nice compliments on my style since I discovered Molly&my because another store I follow was out of stock . So glad that I’ve found this amazing online store with so many gorgeous brands for me and my girls.

Good site and very easy to navigate

The returning process takes too much time, you get lured into buying new stuff instead of getting the return label immediately. There’s too many buttons to push before getting there. The website itself is fine, okay, a lot is set on Pre-order, which I don’t understand. The delivery was very quick.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Molly&My.

According to DHL, my package was never collected by me and was eventually returned to the sender. However, Molly&My keeps stating that the package was picked up by the correct recipient, which is incorrect. The registered signature is not mine, and DHL has confirmed this.

What makes this situation even more frustrating is that no investigation was started by the sender, even though DHL clearly states that only the sender can initiate such an investigation, not the recipient. When I contacted DHL myself, they confirmed that no case had been opened at all.

Despite providing multiple attachments, including DHL confirmations, I am still left without a proper solution. I find this handling unprofessional and very disappointing as a customer.

I hope future customers will not have to go through the same experience.
