Due to the promised expert help I thought I buy my mowing robot @ Motorland but then had to find out that its mot accessible. Chat is being ignored and call-center is always busy with no call-back or anything. I wished I had paid a bite more with a local shop that is actually helping out when needed (Actually my question is about buying an additional Offroad-Kit)
Egal, ob Texas Rasenmäher ZT 514 oder Texas Motorsense BCD358D, beide Geräte überzeugen durch das aussergewöhnliche Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Langzeiterfahrungen habe ich noch keine, doch beide Geräte machen nicht den Eindruck, dass es sogenannte Billigheimer wären.
In my experience, I will not use MotorLand again. I ordered a lawnmower with a delivery date online of 3-5 days. It was delivered over a month later. Reaching customer service was difficult, and they were not helpful or friendly. I received multiple 'new delivery dates' that were missed. Frustrating and unreliable experience in my opinion.
Having looked at vehicles in bloxwich was advised to go to Walsall wood on arriving had a good look around before sales manager came to speak to us Martyn was very helpful and did not pressure sale us once he asked us a few questions and pointed out the best buys he thought was for us very helpful thanks again Martyn for all your help

The order took much longer than what it said online, given that staff did communicate when we called and were honest about approx delivery times, I now have my product and so far I am very happy with it. I think they should give a longer delivery time than between 1-3 business days so as to cover themselves.
