This was perfect
This was perfect - came and picked up my case from Airbnb in Rome and shipped it to my mums in France leaving us with just light bags for summer touring in Italy. Even held on to it in France until a particular day when my parents would be home. I would have preferred a smaller collection window (it was 9am - 6pm or something) as it mean't waiting around all day and it was collected close to the end of the period, as we are on holiday it was a shame not to be able to go out. But the service was good, bag arrived safely, was easy to manage. Perfect for our needs.

Delivery was great
Delivery was great! Pickup on time and friendly. Communication with HQ about attaching documents helpful but might be best to have that on your FAQs. It did cause a bit of anxiety for me, not knowing what to do, until I got the answer.
All in all, I’d definitely use your service again.

Disgusting!
After delivering my luggage, weeks later, they tried to take over 700 pounds from my card!
To say that my luggage was more than 70 kgs overweight, which would mean that each case would have had to have been over 33 kgs in weight, which I wouldn't have been able to lift. I weighed each case with digital scales and know for a FACT i was UNDER the weight that I booked.
If this is not resolved, I will go to trading standards
